To raise funds and awareness for breast-cancer research, patient support, and emotional-wellness initiatives, honoring two women whose strength, friendship, and fight continue to inspire others.

Founding Story

Created by Craig Harwin and family after losing both Shannen Doherty and his wife Deborah to breast cancer. The foundation is born from their shared dream of turning grief into purpose — helping others feel seen, supported, and cared for during their fight.

Launch Project

Item: 1968 Cadillac Coupe DeVille (featured in Justin Bieber’s “Peaches” video) Purpose: 100% of proceeds from the sale fund the foundation’s formation and first donation round to breast-cancer programs such as Stand Up To Cancer, Breast Cancer Research Foundation, and Pink Lotus Foundation.

• Annual Experiences: Each year, we curate special events — from concerts to designer auctions — that bring together art, fashion, and scent to raise awareness and generate funds for select causes.

• No Nonprofit Claims: We operate as a business, not a charity — all contributions are made through collaborations and event proceeds, not direct donations.
